02

Description of the service

AI-Training is a coaching and support application for endurance sports.

Depending on the features used, the service may provide personalised training plans, sports activity analysis, training-load, recovery and progress monitoring, as well as session adaptations based on available information.

AI-Training may also integrate data from compatible services, watches, sensors or platforms when the user chooses to connect them.

03

Acceptance of the Terms

Use of AI-Training implies acceptance of these Terms of Use.

If the user does not accept these terms, they must stop using the service.

04

User account

Some features require the creation of a user account.

Users agree to provide accurate information and to keep the data required for the proper operation of the service up to date.

Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for operations carried out through their account.

Fraudulent or clearly abusive use of the service may result in restricted or suspended account access.

05

Access to the service

AI-Training may provide free features as well as features reserved for users with Premium access.

Some features require an Internet connection, particularly for authentication, synchronisation, data imports or access to certain remote services.

Some functions may also depend on permissions granted by the user, device compatibility or third-party services.

06

Premium access, trial period and subscriptions

AI-Training may offer a trial period providing temporary access to some or all Premium features.

At the end of this period, certain features may require a paid subscription.

When a subscription is purchased through the App Store or Google Play, payment, renewal, cancellation and, where applicable, refunds are managed according to the rules of the relevant store and associated user account.

The applicable price is the price displayed in the relevant sales channel at the time of purchase.

Users can manage or cancel their subscription through the store or account used to subscribe.

Deleting an AI-Training account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google. Where necessary, the user must cancel that subscription separately through the relevant store.

AI
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

How artificial intelligence works

AI-Training uses automated processing and artificial-intelligence technologies to generate, analyse or adapt certain training recommendations.

Depending on available data and the features used, these processes may take into account training history, heart rate, power, cadence, speed, elevation, VO2max, HRV, fatigue, stress, recovery, reported injuries, menstruation, weather, availability and user goals.

These analyses may be used to estimate training load, recovery and progress or identify indicators that may result in a proposed adjustment to planned sessions.

Automatically generated recommendations do not constitute a medical diagnosis and do not replace advice from a healthcare professional or qualified coach.

10

Third-party services, platforms and equipment

AI-Training uses or may interact with technical services, platforms and third-party equipment required for certain features.

Depending on the features enabled, these may include:

  • Firebase and Google Cloud: authentication, storage, databases, infrastructure and technical services.
  • Garmin: synchronisation or use of compatible data and features.
  • Suunto: synchronisation or use of compatible data and features.
  • Polar: synchronisation of compatible data.
  • Strava: synchronisation of compatible activities.
  • Apple Health: access to data authorised by the user on compatible devices.
  • ActiveLook: real-time display of training data and use of compatible features on supported smart glasses.
  • Calendar services: integration with compatible calendars when enabled by the user.

Use of these services, platforms or equipment may also be subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers.

11

Health, safety and sports practice

AI-Training is a sports coaching and support service and is not a medical device.

Recommendations, indicators, estimates or alerts provided by the application do not constitute a diagnosis, medical prescription or personalised medical advice.

Users must take account of their health, physical capabilities, possible contraindications and recommendations from their healthcare professionals.

In the event of pain, discomfort, unusual symptoms or doubts about their ability to exercise, users should stop exercising and seek professional medical advice where appropriate.

12
