This page explains how to delete your AI-Training account and the personal data associated with it.
Account deletion is a permanent action. Once deletion has been completed, the relevant data generally cannot be restored.
This procedure is provided in particular to allow users to exercise their rights regarding personal data and to have an accessible way to delete their account.
You can delete your account directly from the AI-Training application.
Once your request has been confirmed, the deletion procedure is initiated.
If you can no longer access the application, you can request deletion of your account manually.

When your account is deleted, data related to your use of AI-Training are deleted or, where appropriate, anonymised.

Certain information may not be deleted immediately where retention remains necessary for a legitimate reason or to comply with an applicable obligation.

Where data are retained for one of these reasons, retention is limited to the period necessary for the relevant purpose.
Truly anonymised information that no longer allows a user to be identified may also be retained in aggregated form.
With your authorisation, AI-Training may be connected to compatible third-party services and platforms.

Deleting your AI-Training account does not automatically delete data stored directly by these providers.
If you also wish to delete data held by a third-party service, you must use the tools or procedures provided by that provider.
Deleting your AI-Training account does not automatically cancel a Premium subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately from your Apple or Google account settings, depending on the purchase channel used.
We recommend doing this before permanently deleting your AI-Training account.
Deletion requests are processed as quickly as reasonably possible and, where a regulatory deadline applies, in accordance with that deadline.
A request requiring identity verification or specific technical operations may require additional time.
Residual copies may also remain temporarily in technical backups before being deleted according to the normal backup renewal cycle.
